Text description provided by the architects. The project involved alterations + additions to a derelict semi-attached double-storey Victorian terrace in Fitzroy. The finished residence was to provide relaxed, robust, and generous accommodation for a family of two adults and a teenager and to enable a number of future living and/or working scenarios.
